 NEJB Plans to create NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball non-profit organizations in different European countries of interest especially where the youth has lesser capacity to be involved in junior basketball due to lack of money, facilities, coaching or organization. Such European country related NEJB organization will then create and operate individual city NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball teams in such a European country. For example NEWEUROPE Poland Junior Basketball will create NEWEUROPE Warsaw or NEWEUROPE Krakow teams.
Page 1 – Croatia, Ukraine, Poland, Serbia & Spain. Page 2 – Italy, Lithuania, Turkey, Russia & France.  One of the first countries where NEJB plans to form a non-profit NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball organization is in Croatia. Croatia has produced several great NBA players in the past such as Drazen Petrovic (New Jersey Nets), Toni Kukoc (Chicago Bulls), Gordan Giricek (Utah Jazz), Dino Radja (Boston Celtics) and others. It is also the birth country of the Founder of the overall NEJB USA organization and of one of NEWEUROPE™ Orlando Junior Team Players Emanuel Premate. NEJB plans to work with Junior Basketball coaches in Croatia and also utilize expertise and facilities professional teams in Croatia such as Cibona in Zagreb can offer. NE Croatia Junior Basketball Organization will the create and manage NEJB teams in Zagreb, Rijeka, Zadar, Split, Pula and several other towns in Croatia. If you are an existing Croatian junior basketball team (age group 16u) and you wish to participate in one of our NEWEUROPE Classic Tournaments in Orlando, Florida (sponsorships are available) please register your team here.  Another country where NEJB plans to form a non-profit NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball organization is Ukraine. Ukraine has produced several NBA players in the past such as Vitaly Potapenko (Seattle Sonics), Stanislav Medvedenko (Los Angeles Lakers), Viktor Khryapa (Chicago Bulls), and others. Capital of Ukraine Kiev is also the main coordinating center for all former Soviet Union countries relative to promotion and management of NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball teams in those countries. NEJB plans to work with Junior Basketball coaches in Ukraine and also utilize expertise and facilities professional teams in Ukraine can offer. NEWEUROPE™ Ukraine Junior Basketball Organization will the create and manage NEJB teams in Kiev, Odessa, Donetsk, Kharkov, Sevastopol and other towns in Ukraine. If you are an existing Ukranian junior basketball team (age group 16u) and you wish to participate in one of our NEWEUROPE Classic Tournaments in Orlando, Florida (sponsorships are available) please register your team here.  Another country where NEJB plans to form a non-profit NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball organization is Poland. Poland has not produced many NBA players and some are Marcin Gortat (Orlando Magic), Cezary Trybanksi (Memphis Grizzles), Maciej Lampe (Phoenix Suns), and others. Marcin Gortat is certainly the best known of all and part of local Orlando Magic NBA team. NEJB plans to work with Junior Basketball coaches in Poland and also utilize expertise and facilities professional teams in Poland can offer. NEWEUROPE™ Poland Junior Basketball Organization will the create and manage NEJB teams in Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk and other towns in Poland. If you are an existing Serbian junior basketball team (age group 16u) and you wish to participate in one of our NEWEUROPE Classic Tournaments in Orlando, Florida (sponsorships are available) please register your team here.  Another country where NEJB plans to form a non-profit NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball organization is Spain. Spain has produced a number of well known NBA players and some of them are Paul Gasol (Los Angeles Lakers), Jose Calderon (Toronto Raptors), Wally Szczerbiak (Cleveland Cavaliers), and others. Paul Gasol is certainly the best known player from Spain and was a major reason my LA Lakers won the NBA Championship for 08/09 season. NEJB plans to work with Junior Basketball coaches in Spain and also utilize expertise and facilities professional basketball teams in Spain can offer. NEWEUROPE™ Spain Junior Basketball Organization will the create and manage NEJB teams in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and other cities in Spain. NEWEUROPE FOUNDATION – ASSISTING CHILDREN IN NEED IN EASTERN EUROPE
Based on the success and the approach of operations of charitable foundations created by a couple of Orlando Magic players given below, the Founder of NEWEUROPE™ Junior Basketball Organization Drazen Premate has decided to create later this year the NEWEUROPE™ Foundation (NEF) – a charitable organization that will assist children in need in the Balkans and in other parts of Eastern Europe where children are a lot less fortunate.There are still many children at risk and in need in Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia as a leftover from the Balkan war that tore this region apart between 1991 and 1995. It was a senseless war in Europe which left a huge scar on many youth of this region especially those who lost parents or became orphans. Drazen Premate was against this ethnic cleansing conflict and war in former Yugoslavia from its beginning as it uprooted so many families, marriages, friends and especially children. Many children in these and other countries of Eastern Europe need clothing, food, books, place to live, scholarships for education and other life assistance and NEWEUROPE™ Foundation will provide that for them.
